Company Profile

CEO Counselors is a group of individuals who have been a President / CEO and have had experience in leading one or more of the major disciplines reporting to a CEO. CEO Counselors was founded by Gerald Hoffman and John Alexander.

 

Our Mission

The mission of CEO Counselors is to help CEOs provide enterprise leadership, particularly for Information Systems and Technology.. To this end, we conduct research on the relationship between the most senior executive in a business and the people / business units that report to him / her. We work with senior executives to understand their concerns and provide them with the questions they need to pose to the individuals and units reporting to them so that they can understand the reality of their concerns and provide leadership in resolving them. We understand general management, we understand Information Systems and Technology and we know how to relate the two in terms that a CEO can understand and use.


Services

CEO Counselors offers a unique service to Presidents and CEOs. Our firm does research on the relationship a chief executive has with his or her direct reports. And, we provide advice on the questions a boss can ask to get the reporting executive to explain what is happening.


Our current research project explores the value that a business gets from investments in Information Systems and Technology (IS&T).
